Things to Do Before Recall
If your LG TV is at this risk, then simply contact LG TV customer service for a free service. However, you must know your LG TV model number to claim the service. If you don’t know how to find the model number of your TV, then here are some pointers.
- Press the Mute button on your LG TV remote thrice. This will show you the model and serial number of your LG TV.
- Else, go to All Settings → Support → TV Information. In there, you will find the LG TV model number.
- The last easy step is to review the manual guide, TV billing receipt, and the back of the TV. This will help you easily find the LG TV model number.
